Carol has a double bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Education from the prestigious St Xavier’s college Mumbai, India. Carol started off as a Human Resource personnel with Core Minerals, an Archean Group startup in India but soon realized she wanted to make a difference in the life of young adults. This could only be done by empowering them with specific skills required in the real world.
Good communication skills and intrinsic values of honesty and productivity can bear fruit only if taught young. To achieve this goal, Carol sought employment as an English language and social sciences teacher to the Freshmen at Bombay Scottish school Powai( Mumbai).
As a new mom, Carol chose to stay at home and raise her 3 young kids and give them the irreplaceable gift of her presence. She hasn't abandoned her passion for interaction and uses her oratory skills as a presenter of a kids Bible stories series with CCR TV, Goa (India).
